I was a bit frustrated with the local cooling system company.
I assume they are going through a sizable change right now, and maybe that is why they are so disorganized, however they still need to take care of their clients.
What happened was, I am tied up for their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair plan, and so every year I get a reminder to schedule for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service for free as section of their repair plan. However, I didn’t get the reminder this time, however thankfully I remembered anyway. When I went to call them, it took like 3 weird calls before someone finally picked up. I tied up our appointment for Wednesday at 10:30 am. However, the lady didn’t inform me that that spot was already taken and so the appointment time changed to a time when I wasn’t available. I then had to call back and reschedule. Then they forgot about our current appointment, and once again I had to call again. I was getting pretty frustrated. To their credit, they did give me another 6 weeks of free Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service, however it is still annoying that they forgot so multiple times. I am pretty sure they are so disorganized because their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor is going through a sizable change, not only are there current owners, however they are expanding their contractor to weird locations. That is the only reason why I can recognize of them being this disorganized. Because I have used them multiple times in the past without issue. Hopefully once they get everything settled they will return back to normal.
