I was entirely sick of being way too hot or freezing our tail off while trying to sleep.
The reason it was happening was because I have the air vent to our central heating & cooling system method right above our bed.
I was not going to transfer our bed because I like it right where it is. If I was to transfer it I would not be able to sleep at all because it would know weird. I got so sick & tired of this stupid air vent that I decided to stop using our central heating & cooling system method all together when I sleep & buy both a portable space heating system & a portable cooling system method to run in our dining room. This will be the real solution to this ongoing concern I have been facing. Also with getting both a portable space heating system & a portable cooling system method & only running those when I sleep with the central heating & cooling system method not running, it will save me a whole bunch of money on our biweekly energy bills in the long run of things. Less energy use on central heating & cooling system systems can entirely build up some nice savings within one year. Maybe a few hundred bucks or more. So this is what I am going to do really soon when I have a option to go out & shop to buy the portable space heating system plus the portable cooling system method unit.
