I have both nasal spray and lung inhalers to use for these concerns, however they’re not constantly enough. Since they’re sometimes steroids, I also get an increase in our heart rate as a result. That makes myself and others incredibly jittery as well. I had to find long term solutions for our flu symptom concerns, which led myself and others to looking at various air purification systems at our local hardware store. I ended up buying one with a HEPA filter, charcoal filter, and UV-C bulb inside. My flu symptoms improved upon using the air purification system for the first time for a few days straight. It clears out dust, pollen, spores, and other airborne flu symptoms so they can’t get into our lungs and wreak havoc. Without our quality air purification system, I don’t assume how I would be able to endure flu symptoms throughout the year since there are so many in our area’s outdoor environment. It also helps to utilize a strong allergen rated filter in our central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan to supplement our air purification system.
