If you’ve never heard of a HEPA filter or don’t know what it is, I will tell you! A HEPA filter is a specialized air filter that is installed on your HVAC system. If you’re thinking it’s like any other disposal air filter you would be wrong. As a matter of fact a HEPA filter is quite different from a regular disposable air filter, and is much better. This is because of how the HEPA filter is designed. These types of filters have tightly over fibers that are so small and narrow that it makes it nearly impossible for any kind of dirt, or bacteria to get through. If you know anything about indoor air quality then you will know that the drugs you have floating around in your air has an impact on your air quality, which in turn has an impact on your health. You don’t want to be breathing all that nastiness in which is why having a HEPA filter is a great way to ward off any kind of bacteria or germs that otherwise make you sick. If you’re having problems with your indoor air quality expect those problems don’t come to an end once you install a HEPA filter. They are amazing at what they do and can turn around bad indoor air quality in a matter of days. I would highly recommend one.
