Josh and Bree have always wanted to become mechanics.
They always told us the story about how they fixed faulty cars with their dad when they were children.
Their dad collected cars and scooters and they would service them and either sold them or kept them for himself. So, Josh and Bree were around cars and they grew passionate about them. They even chose a college where they learned automotive engineering. Josh and Bree could have gone on to work for one of the major manufacturers, but all they wanted was their own mechanic shop. Fortunately, they managed to open up a shop and have been successful ever since. The shop is in a commercial section with a lot of businesses around. It’s a sizable space so from time to time Josh and Bree will rent out parts to other mechanics. At the moment, there is a guy renting the shop section for his tinting business, but he will be leaving in a week. So, Josh and Bree ordered a commercial shop for rent sign and placed it on the curb of their mechanic shop. Once they placed the commercial shop for rent sign outside, Josh and Bree received 2 inquiries about the available space. Of course, they will need to meet with almost everyone interested in renting the commercial shop space. The current tenants will need to have a corporation that’s in line with Bree and Josh’s corporation model. In fact, they would love to rent the section to another tinting business. They believe that they will find someone soon because of the amount of people interested in the space. And it’s insane to guess that all he did was put up a commercial shop section for-rent sign in front of the shop.
