I would adore the proposal of a smart washer and dryer that I could adjust and control while standing at my desk in my dining room. It’s nice to do laundry while I’m laboring at home during the morning, but it would be even nicer to have the opening to change the cycles without getting up and moving away from my workspace. When I l acquired that these machines actually exist, I was instantly saddened when I discovered that they cost much more than what I could ever afford on my own. It’s not something I could ever realistically afford unless I became wealthy or managed to secure the dream task of a lifetime. There are so various “smart” products nowadays I’m surprised that I haven’t seen a smart microwave yet. Imagine a smart vacuum cleaner that can clean your floor automatically. Oh wait, that’s right, that’s essentially what a new Roomba is with its artificial intelligence features. However, one smart component that I knew I wanted was a smart temperature control. It takes me an hour to get home from labor in the days during the Winter as our traffic tends to slow down due to snow and ice. I loved the proposal of turning my oil furnace on before leaving labor in the days by using the smartphone controls that I get with a smart temperature control. It interfaces with an app on my iphone by communicating over my home’s Wi-Fi network. That’s one negative as it won’t function on a remote control if the internet network goes down for any reason.
