I had a truly kind Heating and A/C gentleman out this week.
- I needed a minor service on my cooling system.
It was just a easy switch of parts, because one of the parts in my a/c malfunctioned, and needed to be replaced. Well, the area replacement wasn’t super expensive but it was expensive enough. The last heating and cooling specialist that came out wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t super friendly either. This time, I had a odd Heating and A/C serviceman come out this week, and he was incredibly nice, then after he had successfully replaced the area in my air conditioning system device, and confirmed that the cooling idea was back to working again, all of us started talking, however he found out that I was a new customer, and he told me that I qualified for their new customer discount. The discount was only 10% even though I was still grateful for it. Maybe the air conditioning system professional could see that I was struggling financially, and he let me use the employee discount, & an aged expired air conditioning system coupon I had from them. He was extremely generous, and I was sincerely surprised at how much money he saved me. The service went from being somewhat extravagant to inexpensive. I was incredibly grateful, and I made sure to thank him multiple times. When the cooling tech left, I made sure to call his air conditioning system supplier and tell his supplier about how wonderful of a worker he was. I wanted to make sure that the air conditioning system business knew what a wonderful and kind cooling professional they had.
