If I were to find some locale that could home a fleet of various service vans, plus have 2 full bathrooms plus 2 offices, I knew I could make it work… Once all of us found the property, I went to the bank to get my loan started. I had excellent credit, plus all the pre-paperwork prepared. One year from the day I decided to no longer be an HVAC worker; I was the proud owner of my first HVAC dealer.
