My Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor where I work keeps me going with radiant floor installs & gas furnace filter sales during the weekdays, & it is wonderful because I get to talk to people on those afternoons.
Tonight is going to be one of those ice chilly evenings where the people in my town all stay in their homes to keep safe & warm. When you go out & walk the streets around 5pm or sunset time, you have a difficult time finding people to talk to. This place is a ghost town for the most area during Winter time & it doesn’t come alive again till usually the start of May. That means we have another more than two months of nobody here, which is good with me because I have a nice roommate & nice cats. I spend a lot of time alone in the Winter time & I get to reuse from all of the injuries I got playing all of the volleyball games over the previous summer. I am going to the local company in a little while to look at the mini split a/c units & see if I can get one at a wonderful deal seeing that it is Winter time & all. Nobody in their right mind would be looking to buy a component for the Summer so maybe I can find one at a wonderful discount & grab it for the warm Summer that will follow. I need my gas space oil furnace almost every morning while I work in the office because it gets too chilly to type without any climate control plan to keep me warm.
