I was originally choosing the local heating and A/C business to do the new HVAC installation for my home. But since that is an entire process, I had a lot of questions before we actually moved to the A/C installation part. I asked about costs, the HVAC equipment and size of the A/C technology, those were some of my questions. A heating and cooling specialist came out to answer my questions, as well as examine my home. Disappointingly, it seemed like he would rather be someplace else than answering my questions, he was short and impatient with me. Since he didn’t go into much detail about heating and A/C installation, I didn’t feel comfortable buying from them. I decided to go with the next closest heating and A/C corporation. Thankfully, the heating and cooling worker they sent out was much nicer and more patient. He answered all of my questions and gave me some energy saving tips as well! I didn’t even need energy saving help, but the advice was definitely appreciated. Once everything was decided, the appointment for the new HVAC component was to be next week. He then left my place. I am really excited to have my new HVAC technology installed, and that A/C worker just made me feel even more excited than before. I hope that with this new heating and A/C device, that it will last a long time. Most HVAC systems can last 15 and up years, my previous component lasted close to 20, I hope my new one will last as long.
