I don’t easily nearly as often as I used to, but when I did, I easily enjoyed it; however, I also would spend countless evenings with my nose in the books, and I could easily finish a chapter book of 400 pages within a day… Then however, as time went on I found myself prioritizing other activities over reading.
With that being said, I still care about an unbelievable book every now and then, and truthfully if I had more time I would really study a lot more, but because I still enjoy studying a book on occasion, I enjoy going to the library and checking out a book or two.
I could regularly buy the book or study online, but the familiarity and nostalgic feeling a library gives you is what keeps me checking out books there. Anyways, I checked out a couple of books yesterday, and I got a text saying they were ready this week. I drove down to the library and got my books, only to realize they were the wrong books! One was a math fiction novel and the other was a heating and cooling guide. I didn’t check out these two books, and when I went to the librarian and told her of the issue, she told me there was a mix up. Apparently someone with the same first and last name as me was also checking out books. While she went off to get my books, I flipped through the pages of the heating and A/C book, however the heating and air conditioner guide showed some detailed illustrations of a heating and A/C machine, and what the internal components looked like. There were also some energy savings tips, and different heating and A/C equipment shown. It was entirely pretty fascinating, I was also somewhat disappointed to return that book, and I might check it out in the future.
