I had been an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist for almost fifteen years, & I was sleepy of the task, however i didn’t want to be an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist.
I had higher aspirations, & it was time to make a change.
I was talking to our fiance, & he told myself and others to go for it, but both of us sat down & figured out what went into our new life plans, and he helped myself and others get a five-year idea & set everything in motion. My sibling showed up a single morning & asked what I was doing with all the paperwork on our desk. I told him I no longer wanted to be an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist. I wanted to own the Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer. I could still toil as a specialist, however I wanted to do more. I had the college degree in business, & I wanted to use it. My fiance & I knew exactly what we needed to do to make the business work, but we needed to find a property where we could have the Heating, Ventilation and A/C office, an inventory room, & a garage to beach house & toil on the repair vans. My sibling helped myself and others to find a smaller area, however I wanted something larger. If I were to find some location that could beach house a fleet of 6 repair vans, & have multiple full bathrooms & multiple offices, I knew I could make it work, once we found the property, I went to the bank to get our loan started. I had excellent credit, & all the pre-paperwork prepared. One year from the day I decided to no longer be an Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist; I was the proud owner of our first Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer.
