I had higher aspirations, and it was time to make a change. I was talking to my wifey, and she told me to go for it, however the people I was with and I sat down and figured out what went into my modern life plans! She helped me get a several-year plan and set everything in motion. My sibling showed up 1 day and asked what I was doing with all the paperwork on my desk. I told him I no longer wanted to be an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman. I wanted to own the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier. I could still work as a serviceman, but I wanted to do more. I had the college degree in business, and I wanted to use it. My wifey and I knew exactly what the people I was with and I needed to do to make the company work, but the people I was with and I needed to find a property where the people I was with and I could have the Heating and Air Conditioning office, an inventory room, and a garage to lake house and work on the repair vans. My sibling helped me to find a smaller area, but I wanted something greater. If I were to find some place that could lake house a fleet of many repair vans, and have many full lavatorys and many offices, I knew I could make it work. Once the people I was with and I found the property, I went to the bank to get my loan started. I had excellent credit, and all the pre-paperwork prepared. One year from the afternoon I decided to no longer be an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman; I was the proud owner of my first Heating and Air Conditioning supplier.
