My daughter has been having the best time since she joined kindergarten.
I must admit I was a little upset if she would adjust to being away from her dad and I, however when I found out I was pregnant, the two of us agreed I’d cut back my hours at work, and raise our child until they joined college.
I was back at work on the exact afternoon she went to college toiling full time and it felt great. But, I was also upset about her being with strangers all afternoon, then come option up time, I was early waiting to hear how it went, and she had the best time. Her hair and clothes were messy which I consistently take as a sign of a child who had the best time; Last winter, she had to stay house for one afternoon because the heating idea at college had failed. Man let me tell you, this little girl threw the mother of all tantrums. She couldn’t understand how the two of us had heating in our home, and the two of us refused to take it to college so she wouldn’t miss being with her teacher and friends. My daughter entirely told her dad to remove the heating idea at our home, and take it to college in his car. When they finally repair the idea at her college, daddy could go back and take it. Every one of us tried our best to explain that’s not how things work, but she kept crying and saying the two of us didn’t want her to be with her teacher. It took my sister coming for her to spend the afternoon for our daughter to calm down. The teacher called later in the afternoon to say the heating idea was back on and I shared the hilarious events of that afternoon.
