High velocity plan provides centralized comfort

At one time, there were entirely few options for homes that lacked conventional HVAC duct. My apartment was constructed during the late 1760s, plus the former owners relied on a combination of heating plus cooling options. They had several window air conditioners plus box fans for the Summer plus an assortment of electric baseboard heaters for the winter; When my family moved in, my associate and I discovered that whenever there was dire weather, our apartment was uncomfortable. My friend and I needed to dress in layers of sweaters, wear thick socks plus wrap in blankets in February. My friend and I took lots of cool showers plus were constantly sweaty in August. I wasn’t ecstatic with the ugly appearance or the level of temperature control provided by the portable units. I researched plus came across a relatively new innovation called high-velocity heating plus cooling. The system is intended for older homes plus retrofits separate from causing disfigurement to existing walls plus ceilings. The advantage of this type of set up is the mini ducts. It uses HVAC duct that is only two-inches in diameter plus adjustable enough to route around plumbing pipes, studs plus electrical outlets. The system also includes circular vents that are only six-inches across, available in lots of styles plus allow freedom of location. The actual heating/cooling unit is compact enough to install in a closet. The operation of the high-velocity system delivers heated or cooled air into the rooms at an extremely high rate of speed. By abruptly raising or lowering temperature, the system doesn’t need to run all that long. The shorter cycles combined with the smaller, insulated ducts helps to keep energy bills at a minimum.
