At one time, there were entirely few options for homes that lacked conventional HVAC duct. The actual heating/cooling unit is compact enough to install in a closet. The operation of the high-velocity system delivers heated or cooled air into the rooms at an extremely high rate of speed. By abruptly raising or lowering temperature, the system doesn’t need to run all that long. The shorter cycles combined with the smaller, insulated ducts helps to keep energy bills at a minimum.
