It is always annoying to find out that your heated air is not going into your home as it is supposed to, it is instead going outside.
I thought it looked like my Heating, Ventilation & A/C bills were steadily changing, and I couldn’t figure out why.
I have my temperature control programmed, and it has been the same for several years, nothing has changed, so why are my bills swiftly going up? Well, thankfully it wasn’t that tough to find out. I called an independent cooling A/C supplier, and he told me it was a ductwork problem and that I would need ductwork sealing. The ductworks, being older, had gotten some minor holes in them. I was amazed at how fast he figured that out, he barely looked at my ductwork, however but I trusted his word, and so I had my ductwork sealed. After he left, I resumed my heating and cooling plans, and he was right, that must have been the issue, because not only did my home heat up and cool down much quicker, but my A/C bill was much nicer to look at by the end of the month. I am delighted that I got that figured out fairly early, otherwise I would have kept paying more and more money with my home not even being respectfully heated or cooled; Not to mention the wear and tear that would be on my boiler system and cooling machine; Either way, it is a problem of the past now, and finally my home feels comfortable and self-explanatory to heat and cool as it is supposed to be.
