Last week, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company was at the house making repairs to my modern heater.
I didn’t even need the boiler right now, although I wanted the repairs to be made before the prices went up again.
I wasn’t being nasty, although I wanted to make sure the boiler was laboring well when fall arrived. My great friend and I were still planning on having the inspection done, since my pal and I had the repair and service plan, however my pal and I wanted repairs done now. I knew minor repairs were included in the repair and service plan, although I wasn’t sure these were minor repairs! When the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company told me it was going to cost various hundred dollars to service the heater, I was livid. I called him a cheat and a liar, and added a few option words that should not have been said; Just calling him a cheat and a liar makes me cringe, although I said it, and now I need to apologize. I wanted to know if I could not take back what I said to the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C dealer, however that wasn’t possible. He and I weren’t the only ones who heard me utter words that were impossible to take back. I called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company and asked if I could come in and talk to one of the dealers. She asked which one, and I told her I wanted to make a public apology to him and ask his forgiveness. She got him on the phone and said I was on speaker. I was almost in tears before he stopped me. He said he had heard worse for less, and he forgave me indiscretion.
