Last week, the HVAC company was at the cabin making repairs to my new boiler.
I didn’t even need the boiler right now, but I wanted the repairs to be made before the prices went up again.
I wasn’t being nasty, but I wanted to make sure the boiler was working well when fall arrived. My pal and I were still planning on having the inspection done, since my associate and I had the service plus repair plan, but my associate and I wanted repairs done now. I knew minor repairs were included in the service plus repair plan, but I wasn’t sure these were minor repairs. When the HVAC company told me it was going to cost many hundred dollars to repair the boiler, I was livid. I called him a cheat plus a liar, plus added a few choice words that should not have been said! Just calling him a cheat plus a liar makes me cringe, but I said it, plus now I need to apologize. I wanted to know if I couldn’t take back what I said to the HVAC company, but that wasn’t possible. He plus I weren’t the only ones who heard me utter words that were impossible to take back. I called the HVAC company plus asked if I could come in plus talk to one of the companys. She asked which one, plus I told his I wanted to make a public apology to him plus ask his forgiveness. She got him on the iphone plus said I was on speaker. I was almost in tears before he stopped me. He said he had heard worse for less, plus he forprovided me indiscretion.
