When my buddy and I first moved into our condo, I didn’t feel that I was going to like it.
I don’t really like being told what to do and I thought that they were going to try to boss us around all the time.
I was not looking forward to that, that’s for sure! I thought that I would get sleepy of it, but it genuinely hasn’t been that way at all. I have genuinely appreciated residing here most of the time so far. I am glad to let someone else take care of the front yard and the backyard because I do not like yard work. I regularly have! That’s one of the reasons that I wanted to start residing in a house instead of a single home household in the first site, then anyway, residing here has been way better than I ever anticipated, but not only do I like the way that they take care of the yard for me, even though I found out recently that they also take care of the heating and cooling system whenever it goes on the bconnect, but this is a immense plus, in my opinion! I have regularly really hated having to deal with heating and cooling repairs. I don’t certainally like having to make appointments with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C companies and then hanging around to wait for them to show up and do their work. Also, I also find it aggravating to have to shop around to find the best deals on boiler repair or air conditioning repair in the summer. It’s just something that is aggravating to me. Now that I know that the house association takes care of all of that for me, I like residing here more than ever before!
