I’m not sure what’s been going on with my memory lately but it seems like I can never remember my heating and AC appointments anymore. Maybe it’s just a symptom of getting older or maybe it’s just my memory is getting worse but whatever the cause is that I’m having a hard time remembering my heating and air conditioning appointments. I blew it off and I didn’t think it was that bad until I realized one day that there was someone knocking on my door. Curious I went to see who it was and it was that he and I see worker for a moment I was confused because I didn’t remember scheduling any Heating and I see appointments and the HVAC technician that was standing at my door told me that he was here to repair my air conditioning system. I told him that I didn’t have an air conditioning appointment and he looked at a clipboard and told me that he had an appointment scheduled for me and then he confirmed my name, address and time. I took a look at what he had and then it suddenly dawned on me, I had indeed scheduled an appointment with this heating and AC work or I’d completely forgotten about it. I wasn’t even dressed properly! I was wearing nothing but a bathrobe and my hair was still up and messy. I felt like such a fool for forgetting I apologize and let him into my house to take care of the air conditioning system. He didn’t mind at all and quickly took care of what my AC needed and then went on his way.
