I had to take a trip halfway across the country, when my father had a heart attack. I wasn’t going to stay away, but I was wishing I had driven instead of taking the plane, however the air quality in the airplane was so bad that I could barely breathe. I could odor people’s odors from the back of the plane, as well as I was in first class. The air vents weren’t putting out any fresh air. The air conditioning was warmer than the heat in my apartment, then all I wanted to do was get off the plane as well as at my parents’ house. I wanted to make sure everything was okay with my dad. I tried to sleep, however the humidity was horrible ,and I felt like I was drowning in my own perspiration. I asked the plane’s steward if they could do anything to get some cooler air from the air vents, but she apologized as well as said they knew there was a problem… When the plane landed, they were going to have the Heating as well as A/C specialist come on the plane as well as check for the problem. This wasn’t going to do me any good, but I could not complain. She did bring me another glass of iced water, which helped a little, but I would have favorite if my buddy and I had air conditioning as well as better air quality since I had another three hours on this airplane.
