10 years ago, my aunt bought this home on a whim.
Someone in the real estate industry where she was working happened to mention this upcoming location! But at that time, there was nothing much to say about the area. It was underdeveloped, and looked quite remote. Who knew 10 years later it would look so amazing and be our favorite place to be. My brother and I are school students in the same city where my aunt lives. And her home has become our home when we need time away from campus life. On this particular weekend, we were going to spend time on the beach, and relax. Our aunt also allowed us to plan a small party with a DJ and drinks. So, we were going early to plan, then our friends would join us on Saturday. When we arrived at the beach house, there was a heating and air conditioning van parked outside, but dread set in because if the air conditioner wasn’t working, that would affect our party so much. We got into the home and our aunt was quick to reassure us about our plans. She said she’d been noticing that the air conditioner was blowing hot air into the house. So she hired the HVAC expert to take a look, and sort the matter out as abruptly as possible. After an assessment, the HVAC expert said there was a refrigerant leak due to cracked pipes that was causing the air conditioner to underperform. After sealing the cracks, he recharged the unit and an hour later the beach apartment felt amazing.
