We don’t have air conditioner in our household in the mountains because usually we just don’t need it, and up here where we live, the temperature just doesn’t get all that hot, even in the middle of the summer time when it’s the hottest part of the year.

My great friend and I like having the windows open most of the time during the Springtime plus the summer, however and honestly, most of the time, we do not entirely even miss having central air conditioner. Once in a while, I wish that we had cooling system in the house. It’s usually only for a couple of mornings a year, though. Most of the time it’s nice to have fresh air coming into the household through the windows. When we used to live in neighborhood before we bought the household in the mountains, it wasn’t like this at all. My great friend and I would never have been able to live in that household throughout the summer time without central air conditioner. It just seemed way hotter down there in the neighborhood than it feels up here in the mountains. It’s absolutely because of the fact that the wind blows here a lot plus the breeze makes it feel so much better most of the time. I appreciate the fact that we don’t need to use central air conditioner here to keep the household cool. It’s nice to be able to spend our currency on something besides air conditioner bills.
