Face masks are good for outdoors where I can't use an whole-home air purifier

I have gotten sick a lot over the years since I was a little kid.

I remember getting head colds a lot when I was in elementary college & missed classes more than many of the other students I went to college with.

It was really frustrating when I would miss class on mornings when there were field trips. It also miserable me when I fell behind in physical activities like athletic interests. I had asthma from a really young age & it made me sicker than most kids were when they would get things like bronchitis or basic head colds. I hated having to use inhalers & nasal sprays when I was at college & in front of other students. You can imagine the kind of teasing I got whenever I pulled out an inhaler, especially since I also had glasses at the time. When covid rolled around I actually didn’t hate wearing a mask everywhere I went. Aside from feeling safe against airborne illnesses, I was also protected from airborne allergens when I was outdoors. That’s why I still like to wear a face mask when I’m outside because I can’t use an whole-home air purifier when I’m just walking from my automobile to my office for instance. I’m exposed to all of the pollen & mold spores in the air & they can get directly into my lungs & wreak havoc on my respiratory health. These masks are a lifesaver for me & absolutely lessen my flu symptom symptoms when I’m not at household & using an whole-home air purifier instead.
