I was calling the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier many times a day, & I typically got the answering machine.
I couldn’t think they were so tied up that no one had the time to return a iPhone call.
The one time I did get through, I was put on hold immediately & they never came back on line. I wanted to know how several people used this Heating & Air Conditioning supplier & if they all had this much trouble getting in touch with them. I talked to my neighbor, & she told me she never had a problem getting through to the Heating & Air Conditioning business, despite the fact that she hadn’t called them lately. The last time they called the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier was when they had the a/c device diagnosed. I told her I had complications with the a/c unit, & I couldn’t get in touch with them. She gave me their card & I compared it to the one I had. It had the same information on her card as it had on mine. I then looked at my iPhone to see if my contact number was wrong. Everything looked kosher so I tried to call them once again, while sitting in her living room. She couldn’t think what she was hearing, since I put my iPhone on speaker. She picked up her iPhone & called the Heating & Air Conditioning business. She immediately got to talk to someone. She told them she was me, & she wanted to have service done on her a/c. She told them what I said about the AC unit, & they made an appointment for that afternoon. I had to have a chat with the Heating & Air Conditioning specialist when he arrived.
