If she didn’t know something, she’d call for assistance, but that was very rare. My associate and I recently celebrated the dealership’s 10th birthday plus I praised my staff while in the celebration. Bridgit is one of the only 3 females at the dealership, plus she does a phenomenal job. I hope more ladies see the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C industry as a safe space for them to work since the work is quite fulfilling. I am consistently willing to hire more good people like Bridgit who enjoy what they do plus are quite excellent at it.
