This time of year my associate and I are unquestionably tied up at work. Many of the buyer’s my associate and I have are looking to tune up or replace their Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system before the winter time weather sets in plus our servicemens are working overtime to maintain those accounts. One disfortune of this time of year is the amount of currency that my associate and I have to spend my money upfront to have inventory on hand to handle those requests. We spend the currency each year plus hope that my associate and I make the sales to make up for it abruptly. If my associate and I don’t then it could really affect our bottom line at the end of the year. We did find one way to make a bit of extra currency plus help with that too. When my associate and I replace an aging system with a new one my associate and I have to disconnect all of the cumbersome pieces plus they tend to weigh a lot more than the newer more efficient ones. Most of the components are made of metal plus can be taken to the local junk yard for recycling. The going rate for recycled metal is quite wonderful so it is like found currency of sorts. If my associate and I are removing an A/C unit my associate and I have to clear it of any coolant before recycling it but my associate and I have trained servicemens on staff that can handle that too.
