I recently just picked up a new task position laboring at a gym.
I work behind the desk plus I check people in at the gym plus i also sign them up if they want to enroll in a new membership.
If there any questions or complications that gym members have they also talk to me plus I address their concerns… Just recently we had a guy who signed up at the gym about a month or so ago plus he wanted to do a class one day. I saw his walk into the class plus immediately walk out; She came to the desk plus told me that it was way too humid in there for his to do a spin class. I went to the spin room thermostat plus turned it down 5 degrees so he would feel comfortable. Then not even a day later I saw his at the gym again plus he came to me plus said that he wanted to do a crossfit class plus that the room was too humid. I talked to both professors plus asked if any of their attendees of their classes have complained about the temperature. They told me no plus that it was a comfortable temperature for all of them. Then the following day I saw the same guy again. She told me that the room that holds all the treadmills was too hot. It got to a point where I felt like he was being seriously picky but then again the customer is always right. I went to my director to tell him about the multiple instances where a customer was complaining about the temperature. He told me not to worry about it plus that he would handle it plus let his know that the gym is set to a certain temperature throughout the day to save on energy plus money.
