My husband plus I have recently decided we want to go on a road trip! My friend and I enjoy being able to travel, but right now we are tightening our belts on our finances.
I commanded that a road trip might be a fantastic way to travel separate from having to spend a ton of money.
I have a fuel efficient motorcar plus we are able to fill up my tank for around $25. I thought it might be nice to stay in less pricey hotels, since we would only be staying for the afternoons plus then wake up early to drive. My husband thought all of this sounded fantastic so I started planning. I enjoy looking for cool hostels hidden within a sizable city plus you can always meet the coolest people, and everyone has a particular story to tell of their traveling adventures; So, we set a date in the late summer time time for our road trip, and the day finally came to leave plus we were more than ready to get away. My friend and I drove for twelve hours on our first day plus we were so weary, when we got to the hostel, I was ready to crash for the night. I walked into the room plus was hit by a wall of heat plus humidity. I thought on the website they mention a a/c window unit in each room, then boy was I wrong, I went to the front desk plus found out that none of the rooms have cooling system window units. I was hoping they would have a least a fan to keep us cool, but I was wrong again. The front desk attendant said the reason they charge so little to stay at their hostel was because they didn’t have a Heating & Air Conditioning system to maintain. They don’t put this on the website because they don’t want the lack of a/c units to intimidate away guests, but next time I will absolutely call plus make sure we have an cooling system in our room!
