I hate taking my motorcar to be diagnosed.

It’s one of those responsibilities that I procrastinate with as long as possible because I detest it so much. It is such an inconvenience to drive my car, hassle with the mechanic, as well as then drive back. It doesn’t sound as bad as it feels. The worst part about the whole ordeal is talking to the mechanic about what I want done. 99% of the time, I’m taking my motorcar because my check engine light has come on as well as I need to get the oil topped off or my motorcar will stop running. This last time I took my motorcar was no exception. I’d driven around as long as I could before I thought my motorcar would stop running due to the insufficient oil, then as expected, the mechanic told me that I should have my air filter substituted. I immediately told him no, although he insisted that the air filter needed to be substituted, but when I still wouldn’t budge, he took out the air filter as well as brought it over to me. I was shocked by what I saw! I could no longer see the mesh filter because it was covered in thick dust as well as debris. The dust was actually black as well as it was hanging off of the air filter. The mechanic said that if I wasn’t going to substitute the air filter, I would have to run the motorcar without one because there was no use putting the old one back in. Once I saw the bad condition of the air filter though, I agreed to have it substituted. It was only a few extra dollars!
