I have been babysitting for the same family since I was in highuniversity. I know at this point I have been with them for about five years. I look after their two little guys everyday after university until their parents come home. It actually isn’t too much labor and they spend money me actually well because I have been with them for so long at this point. All I have to do is start preparing supper and help the guys with their homework. It is normally actually self-explanatory stuff so my good friend and I are able to finish before their parents get home. However, this week they are having radiant flooring installed in all the bathrooms so my good friend and I have to be out of the apartment while the HVAC workers are there working. It has been hard to keep the guys focused on university while my good friend and I are in a restaurant or going to the park. They are distracted by the everything around them. I have never heard of radiant flooring before and I knew the guys would start to ask me questions so I started to do some research. I assume radiant flooring starts with having pipes installed under the floors. These pipes transfer tepid water so the floor above gets warm. I am sure I will never be able to afford radiant heating in my own home, however it is cool to get to experience while I am babysitting the boys. I know their parents make a lot more than I originally thought because after doing my research on radiant flooring I found out it cost much more than I thought. Maybe I should ask for a raise because I know they can afford it!
