Adding the extra expectations of estimate southern hospitality, as well as we’re talking about a whole lot of extra labor before someone stepped foot inside my house. I prefer the level of detail that a professional cleaner provides. I am just not that relaxing of a cleaner. The same thing can blatantly be said about my air ducts. Honestly, I forgot that they existed. I never cleaned the things. This wasn’t entirely a problem for me, however it did become a problem for my most recent condo guest. From the time that they walked inside my front door, my neighbor was complaining that his nose was running nonstop. I thought that was strange, considering I don’t have any animals or other allergens in my home. I tried to help his as well as provided his many flu symptom medicines, however nothing was entirely solving the problem. Weeks later when I had my routine Heating, Ventilation and A/C inspection for the year, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business made a strange face at one point. He asked me when the last time I had my air ducts cleaned was. I had to bashfully say I had no idea. That’s when he started pulling out chunks of disgusting debris as well as dirt from my air ducts with his bare hands. “Is there any chance you have had some complaints about your air quality,” he asked. I hung my head in shame, the worst waitress in the south.
