If you were going to get a giant pile of cash, what would you do with it? Would you go on trip? Would you pay off all of your student loans? Would you treat your parents to the dream condo that they have always wanted? I think I would try to do all of those things.
I also would savor to have my own little home, which was built just to my liking.
I think about it having giant windows with lots of light. A large, open family room with lots of counter space. And the best Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system available on the market these days. I know, I know, that has kind of a peculiar thing to be dreaming about. But when you’re as uncomfortable plus most air uneven temperatures as I am, you really do think about Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit more than one would imagine. I have been looking into zone controlled heating for years, drooling over the possibilities. I savor the idea of having my own private temperature control where I can be perfectly comfortable in my favorite space. I don’t savor the idea of paying an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company to come in plus install the whole system though. I have also looked into radiant radiant floors for at least a decade now. I am obsessed with this form of heating. Having grown up in the far north of the country, I know how cold floors can be in the day. I also know how inefficient plus drafty traditional forced air heating systems are when you’re running them all winter long, radiant radiant floors seem like the best choice when it comes to warming up your home. I know for a fact that I would take the plunge plus install a enjoyable radiant radiant floors / zone controlled heating plus cooling system as soon as I got that pile of cash. Here’s hoping that my tax return is immense this year.
