Today I have to work online for a couple more hours or so and then I am going to do a long session of meditation with my friend.
- I will train with a buddy on the beach later and then maybe buy this djembe drum and see if this flutist wants to play some music on the beach with me.
I normally play with my bandmate but he is lost in his own head and thinks he is too busy to practice each week. Maybe he needs to go see a doctor or something and get his head straight. HVAC repair is my job and I work a lot each week, but I still have time to practice near the local business, while my bandmate feels he is too busy to do so. If you are thinking all the time about something you may feel like you don’t have time to do other things, which is ridiculous because worrying is a total waste of time and energy. Whatever, I will keep doing my heating supplier work each week and find a new person to practice with until he gets his head out of the clouds and starts to practice again with me. If not, then I will find someone who is hungry for success like me and move on. If I can work on heat pumps and all kinds of other stuff during the day and still have energy at night to play drums and sing, then my bandmate should be able to do the same. Maybe it is just the air quality in his flat making him confused, who knows.
