There are so many things that can be controlled by a press of a button, from any location, that makes my life more enjoyable.
I am regularly seeking out new technology to make life more enjoyable, then one of our favorite tools to make life more enjoyable is our smart control unit. I used to turn our control component down by hand while our family was out in the winter. Unluckily, being the first one home, I had to deal with adjusting the control component in a cold house. I thought by doing this, I could do away with most of the unnecessary energy waste & extend the life of our HVAC. In the process, though, I was stuck being too cold in a time that I needed to be completing necessary end-of-day chores. I also once arrived at the apartment late, & did not get to adjust our control component prior to guests coming. This was both cold & embarrassing. It was after this time that I invested in a smart control unit. This smart control component has turned out to be incredibly helpful for our everyday life. I can now just adjust the temperature prior to coming to the apartment from work, & through wireless, our heater engages. It did not matter where I was, if I have a task meeting at a different place, the control component would still respond, & adjust accordingly. I am now regularly prepared for people to drop by unannounced, & I can control our heating & cooling remotely at any time. It is unbelievable to recognize that by pressing a button, I can use heating & cooling to make my life more enjoyable, & be fully prepared for hosting people who drop in unannounced.
