Three months ago, my wife and I sold our house and bought an RV.
The RV is very spacious with 3 slides, a bunkhouse, and a king sized bedroom. I even have space for an office in the bedroom. The RV life has been challenging at times, because my wife and I don’t know much about mobile living. Last week, the temperatures we’re very cold. We woke up with frost on the ground every morning. My wife and I turned on the gas furnace to heat up the RV. After two days, one of our propane tanks was completely empty. My wife and I knew we could not run the furnace all day and all night unless we were going to spend a fortune on propane. Instead of running the furnace all day and all night, my wife and I decided to buy a space heater. We went to the hardware store and picked out a ceramic space heater that is powerful enough to heat the entire room. We spent $50 on a really nice space heater with a remote control and a thermostat. I set the temperature to dial to 68° and as soon as the temperature falls below that threshold, the space heater turns on automatically. The space heater runs on electricity, so my wife and I don’t have to worry about spending a fortune to heat the RV. All of the places we stay have free electricity and that means we can heat the RV for free. The space heater is all we need to heat the RV, unless we experience snow or ice.
