I am one of those people who like to flip houses.
It is a great way to make a decent profit, and maybe someday, if I buy and flip enough of these run down old homes, I may actually be able to make a living from it. This latest home I bought to flip was a real mess all around. I won’t get into the details of all the other things that needed to be done. However, I will tell you all about the mildew that was all over the place! This mildew was so bad, you needed a protection mask just to walk in the place! You are probably thinking, why did I waste my money on something this bad? Well, believe it or not, this can be fixed! What it needs once the mildew is professionally removed, is a good indoor air cleaning. And this indoor air cleaning can be done with something called a whole home air purification system. The whole home air purification system can be obtained by called the local heating and air conditioning service. Once I was to have a whole home air purification system installed into this place, possibly within a month of running the air purification system non stop, it would be like the mildew never existed! Yes, this is going to cost some big amounts of cash all around. But, once this house is good as new again, I can sell it for a profit, and make all my money back. It is a win/win situation any way you look at it. And this is what flipping houses is all about!
