It’s legitimately easily nice with good people who just don’t want the hassle of owning a home! That is me too, but everything about the way the arena operates is near perfect, then the only issue I see with it, is that the house complex is in extreme need of a zoned Heating plus Air Conditioning system for their hallways, then anytime I have to walk across a building in the complex, or if I am climbing the stairs if the elevator is under repair, the temperature in addition to the entire temperature control is out of wack… One hour, it will be too warm, then the next, way too cold.
Living in the house complex I live in is pretty nice, however it is not 1 of those university child house complexes, or even a low income house complex. This happens all year round. It doesn’t matter if the heating or air conditioner is on, it is always uneven temperatures! I legitimately went down to the main house complex office in addition to made a suggestion about heating in addition to cooling zone control to the management. They never heard about it before, so, I directed them to a website on zoned heating in addition to air conditioner units, what they were about, in addition to how they worked. They ran it by the head of operations, in addition to they told me that in the next couple of weeks, they are legitimately going to be getting Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control installed for every single building in the house complex! I was so thrilled to hear about this! To thank me for the solution to their heating in addition to cooling issue, they offered me 50 percent off our rent for a week!
