My partner plus I recently bought a small vacation condo down south.

The condo is an entirely perfect spot for us to spend our winters.

It is situated right on the lake, with crucial shade trees in the backyard plus a palm tree in the front yard. Instead of enwhile I was in sub zero rapidly decreasing temperatures plus snow plus relying on the gas furnace for many straight weeks, both of us enjoy our little southern vacation house. Although the condo was in fairly great shape when both of us bought it, we’ve invested quite a bit of currency into improvements. My partner plus I upgraded the master lavatory plus completely remodeled the family room. We’ve painted, added gardens plus paved the driveway. About the only thing we’ve completely ignored is the central cooling system. So far, the air conditioning has operated reliably. No matter how sizzling the outside temperature, our condo stays nice plus cool. I’m a little concerned that both of us may face a malfunction sooner rather than later. By the looks of the air conditioning, it is extremely old. There is a giant-sized outdoor component that is dented plus rather rusty. It makes a horrible noise whenever it starts up plus drips water the entire time it operates. Although I do my best to keep leaves plus debris off the exterior cabinet, I’ve noticed tiny lizards running in plus out of it. I have no idea how to keep the lizards from getting inside plus I’m not sure if they’re causing damage or not. Since the air conditioning is entirely old, I suppose the lizards have been crawling around in there for several years.
