My family and I moved into a current apartment a few months ago. The locale isn’t really what all of us thought it would be… When my family and I looked at the apartment, all of us were thinking that all of us were looking at the place that was going to be ours. Instead, it was a model apartment that is definitely better than any other one in the building. Our real apartment did not look nearly as nice as the one that the director showed us on the Thursday before all of us moved. It has been completely problematic to get any work done in the apartment. I called to have the dishwasher repaired last weekend, and the repair professional gave myself and others a dirty look when he came to the door. He spent roughly 30 minutes looking at the dishwasher and then he just left. When I called to have the A/C appliance repair, my family and I waited roughly 6 hours for the repair worker to arrive. Every one of us left the guy alone in the place for roughly 5 minutes, while all of us were out picking up groceries. The guy was supposed to be there to repair the A/C appliance, but he stole my current headphones. They were laying on the desk next to the A/C appliance! After the repair professional left, I couldn’t locate my current headphones. I am a little anxious that my family and I signed a one-year lease. I would appreciate leaving this locale now. If I can’t trust the director and the staff, then there is no reason for my family and I to continue living in this horrible building.
