I spend a lot of time finally working on all sorts of residential and commercial AC repairs.
It’s tepid and humid for about 8 months in these parts. There is absolutely little need for any heating equipment, so most of the modern repair calls every one of us acquire are for AC repairs. Last week, I went to a local beach house building to repair an AC problem. The tenant was supposed to be at the beach house at the time, but I knocked on the door and I did not hear anyone. I did not honestly hear any critters either. I went to the beach house building office and I retrieved a spare key to the beach house so I could work on the AC repair. As soon as I put the spare key in the door, I heard a dog start barking. I carefully opened the door and I saw a freaking wolf sitting in the bedroom. The wolf was snarling and growling and the critter was actually foaming at the mouth. I totally shut that door and I ran downstairs. I hopped straight in our repair truck and I drove back to the office. I talked to the manager about the failed AC repair. I told the lady that the tenant wasn’t at the beach house and there was a huge wolf in the apartment. The lady laughed, but I was 100% serious about the whole thing. The two of us went back to the beach house and the wolf was still sitting there in the bedroom growling when every one of us opened the door. I couldn’t repair the broken AC that day and the tenant had a lot of questions to answer when he got to the beach house from work. That property doesn’t allow critters of any kind, but clearly he had a wild dog in the living room.
