I truly hate having what I describe as a “full brain.” You know the feeling.
There are just those days when you can’t think straight because there’s already too much infmroation crowding around the water cooler, you know what I mean? Well, it gets easier sometimes.
When I was younger I was destroyed by the burden of making decisions. It took me years to understand that you have to draw a line in the sand and move on. To this day, I still have to remind myself that there are many solutions to every problem. Such as the ways to get a brand new heating, cooling, and air quality control system in the house without reliable electricity to power the indoor air handling devices. You see, several years ago I purchased this home knowing that it was a fixer upper. It was going to need a new roof, some electrical work, and a new heating, cooling, and air quality control system. I was prepared to do a lot of the handiwork around the place, but the air conditioning unit and furnace were out of my skill set. I decided to delay the indoor air temperature control device replacement until I was in a more stable position. I figured that in a few months I would have enough cash to hire a professional electrician and a professional heating, cooling, and air quality control system technician to take care of my more difficult projects. But, uh, the HVAC system did not wait for that day to arrive. Now, I am trying not to kill myself while I decide between replacing my furnace and air conditioning unit right away and having a better electrical system installed, so my HVAC system doesn’t actually burn out or burn me in the process. I seriously hate making decisions.
