I love some of the apps that I have at my disposal on my smartphone.
I can control and adjust my calendar, create alarms to wake up in the morning, watch TV shows while I’m on my lunch break, and even take panoramic photos of landscapes and gorgeous vistas.
In reality, this is barely scratching the surface of what a smartphone is capable of achieving for an average person. I play guitar and it’s nice having a tuning app that I can use in place of an actual instrument tuner. There are even music production apps for mobile devices, some of which can be used to make electronic dance music with ease. No matter what kind of person you are or what kind of needs you have, everyone can benefit from having a smartphone at their disposal. Recently I have learned to use my smartphone to my advantage with getting healthy again and finally losing some weight. I just found an amazing app that functions as a total fitness and workout planner. It tracks my steps and I can log any workouts, exercise, and outdoor activities. By logging all of the food you eat, you can track your calories, carbohydrates, and trans-fats. If your goal is to lose weight and get control of your health and fitness, these workout planner phone apps are hard to beat. Usually you can use the free version of the app with occasional full screen advertisements. However, if you want full functions of the app with no ads and marketing, you can buy the premium version.
