I used to loath all our heating system tune ups, and it wasn’t that I didn’t love the heating unit professionals who came to see the air conditioner, the bills, or the time it took to employ someone.
My reason for dreading the heating unit tuneups was due to my heating system being so seasoned and it was time for an update.
I tried to not think of the inevitable for as long as possible. But, the time came for me to make the smart choice to update my heating system instead of financing for the higher energy bills monthly. In order to have enough money left, I came up with the idea of purchasing my own heating system and then having a heating specialist install it. After I told the Heating and A/C company that this is what I was planning to do, they told me that it was a disastrous idea. At some point, I thought they were just striving to scam me into paying for their equipment. However, when they told me that the heating unit had to be officially sized for my house heat and air needs, I got what they were saying. According to the A/C professional, if the heating unit isn’t sized officially, not only will it not heat or cool the house to the temperature I wanted, it also will run inefficiently. I was striving to avoid high energy bills, so it was in my best interest to employ an A/C professional to come sized my modern Heating as well as A/C system officially. I’m elated. I listened to them, because I haven’t had any worries since I started using the modern heating system.
