I requested AC repairs three days in a row

I hate living in this community because of the staff

I had to contact the apartment manager’s office 3 days in a row to get the AC repaired in my apartment. The first time I contacted the office, the AC was working properly. I could tell something was wrong, because the AC ran all day and all night without stopping. It worried me because of the electric bill, so I contacted the apartment manager and filed a request. When I didn’t receive a phone call from the manager, I called a second time the next day. I had a missed call from the office but no voicemail. I called the third time and I decided to stop at the office on my way to work. The manager was just arriving in her car, but I stopped her on the way into the office. I gave her my name and my apartment number and I told her that I have been trying to reach someone about the AC problems. She didn’t seem very concerned about my air conditioner, but later that day I received a phone call from the office leasing staff. The lady in the office wanted me to know that the AC unit was fixed. I don’t know why it took so long for the lady to call me back. Clearly the repair wasn’t difficult. I hate living in this community because of the staff. They take forever to handle every problem. I am ready to move when the lease is up at the end of May. I would rather pay $200 more each month for better amenities and faster, friendlier service.
