I am so happy that the holidays are right around the corner! Christmas and New years are my most favorite time of the year.
And this year I am going to spruce things up a bit and go out to buy myself an electric fireplace for my living room! Having an electric fireplace is something I have wanted for quite a while, and it is the best time of the year to buy an electric fireplace because many places have them on sale, and with an electric fireplace I can give the illusion of having a real fireplace and decorate it with all of my favorite decorations.
It will bring an extra holiday cheer into my home all together. I had been putting off getting an electric fireplace because electric fireplaces in themselves are pretty expensive. Not as much as, say buying a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system or a whole home air purification system. Not even in that realm of things. But they do cost a little over one thousand dollars. And while that may not seem like a lot of money to those who are well off and have lots of money to spare. For an average working class person like myself, that is quite a chunk of change! But it is ok, because I have a little extra money right now due to a holiday overtime work bonus that we will be getting, and I plan to spend it on an electric fireplace to make my home more holiday-like and it will be awesome.
