When the night comes in the summers over here where I live, it is so great that I do not need to turn on my central air conditioning system. You see I live right by the ocean, so we have the best ocean breeze and temperatures as it gets dark. Also the air quality is fabulous. Who could ask for more? Saving money on running the heating and air conditioning system unit and natural air purification from mother nature herself. You can’t get any better than this! I moved to and bought this house when I retired. I knew this would be a great place to be because of the ocean and the air quality. But what i did not know was that even during the hottest of summer days I would not need to use the central air conditioning system at night! Things would cool off that good from the ocean breeze. I consider myself very lucky to not have to run the central air conditioning system at night. Central heating and cooling does cost a lot to run if it is going twenty four hours a day and seven days a week. Most areas have to do this at certain times of the year. As a matter of fact, I have to in the winter. But in the summer I get that great break which also helps my monthly electric bills reduce highly. Like I said before, I could not ask for something better than the home I live in now. I love the air quality, the not having to use air conditioning at night in the summer as well as the location.
