The other day I was out doing my regular shopping at the grocery store and of course there was one of those people who dresses up like Santa and rings the bell in the hopes of getting donations.
All my life I have always given to those people.
However, this year, I was reluctant to share my hard-earned money with this particular Santa because Santa needed a shower and some air conditioning. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand that because we live in the south east, whoever is outside all day ringing a bell is probably going to need a little assistance in the body odor Department. but let me tell you this particular Santa really would have benefited from going in the store every so often and cooling off in the AC. The fact that we need air conditioning a few days before Christmas is not the point, but it is a little bit annoying I do admit. Anyway, Santa stunk to high heaven. He needed to wash his red suit, take a shower, lay off the booze, and stay inside where the AC could keep his BO away.That Is when I got an idea. I went inside the store and got Santa a nice cold bottle of water, and then I headed off to the hardware store. I saw an ad recently that talked about these little portable air conditioners. They said these little portable ACs could turn down the heat by several degrees in a short amount of time. I have no idea if those Ace air conditioners really work oh, but I got one and brought it down there to Santa.
