I remember when I was an HVAC technician.
I thought that I would want to be an HVAC technician for the rest of my life, but I discovered that I was wrong. Working as an HVAC technician might be a good job, but I didn’t want to have a steady job. I wanted to build wealth, and I realized that I was never going to build wealth if I was working as a simple HVAC technician. If I wanted to become a richer man and use my HVAC skills, I would probably need to start my own HVAC company. That is exactly what I did. I moved to a new town, and I started my own HVAC company and worked as the owner of the HVAC company for a long time. Still, at the end of the day, even though I was much wealthier, I didn’t really enjoy owning and operating one HVAC company. That was when I realized that I didn’t have to limit myself to just one HVAC company. Instead, I could start multiple HVAC companies and make money from all of them. All I needed to do was train managers in the HVAC company to run the HVAC company for me. One of the HVAC technicians could operate the HVAC company, and I could simply pay him a higher salary. That way, I could manage multiple HVAC companies and make money from all of these HVAC companies rather than limit myself to simply one HVAC company. Who would want to limit themselves to only one HVAC company?
