That would mean 100% of the time I would have the perfect temperature inside the space

I have thought about going and adding an air conditioner to my work shed, but currently the weather gets easily into the 90s as soon as 11am. I have thought about adding an air conditioner to the space just so I am able to go outside as well as tinker on projects. I don’t like really being in my hot, stuffy shed without any cooling. I recently added a few windows as well as a door with a screen. That doesn’t help. I thought I could get by with a box fan. That is no match for this normal Summer heat as well as humidity. I want AC to make it more comfortable for myself there. I also am nervous about my tools rusted due to the moisture. It would be great to have an AC system to stop the rust from forming. I also would definitely feel better about storing paint, mud, mastic as well as other watery substances in that area. I would believe that the AC would discourage bugs as well as critters coming all the way inside… Right now I fight mice as well as cockroaches. I believe with plenty of AC pumping in the shed they would be less likely to like the space, however I know that adding an air conditioner wouldn’t be too extravagant or that much work. I believe I would want a mini break system that offers both heating as well as cooling to boot. That would mean 100% of the time I would have the perfect temperature inside the space. It would be a giant upfront cost, however the overall reward would be beyond sweet. I am hoping I can swing a money deal with my local HVAC dealership down the block. I genuinely don’t want to pay the full price of it.
